The HCG diet program can be divided into three phases. The first phase or the first step in doing this kind of diet program is the Loading days. The second is the Low Calorie diet and lastly, the Maintenance phase of the program. To have a better result in regards to this kind of diet program, it can be divided into a more specific phase or steps. The first step is obviously the loading days of the program. Second is the LCD or low calorie diet. An added step can be in this alternative division is the 3 days of LCD without the intake of HCG. This is added to have an emphasis of the diet. The forth step is the maintenance and another added step is to repeat the procedure whenever it is necessary.

The first phase or step of the program is the loading days. This refers to the intake of food of the dieter as much as he can in order to have added fat reserves in his body. This step is very important because of the fact that HCG diet program’s mechanism is to turn fat into a new and natural kind of energy. It is necessary because by the first step, the body will now produce HCG hormone in addition to the HCG that the diet will have an intake later on.

The second step or phase of the program is the low calorie diet or commonly called as the 500 calorie diet. In this phase of the program, the dieter will now engage himself in a diet. A diet that is composed a meal that has a low content of calories in it. The suggested meal menu that he can take is 3.5 oz. of protein, fruit, vegetable, grissini or Melba toast. The dieter is also required to have an accumulated intake of 2 litters of water. Aside from that, in this phase, he will now have an intake of HCG into his body. The HCG can be in the form of oral intake or through the use of syringe or injection method. He will have this meal diet for the next 21-38 days.

In the third phase of the program, the dieter will continue this diet meal but the he will cancel the intake HCG. This step will be done for the next 3 days of the program.

Next on the HCG diet plan is the three weeks maintenance phase. In this step of the diet program, the dieter can now go back to his normal eating habit. This is done to remedy the body because it was deprived form a high intake of calorie. The dieter can eat in an amount he wishes to but he must ban himself in taking sugar and any kind of starch.

And the last phase of the program intended for an individual who doesn’t get the targeted weight loss he wishes to have. He can repeat the program, what this phase is saying. But for those who are contended with the weight loss they have achieved, this phase is not necessary to be done.
The loss of the weight can be seen in the second phase of the program. During that phase, an individual is expected to lose weight of an average of 1-2 pounds daily. On this diet program an individual is not expected to have vigorous and heavy activities. If you worry that the effect of the program will never be acquired because it lacks you to do activities, you don’t have to worry. It is advisable if an individual will never do heavy stuff. This will never affect the whole diet program.

This diet program is indeed very effective, but before engaging in this kind of diet program, you should consult your doctor first. The reason behind it is that your body will have an intake of hormone; there are different kinds of HCG hormones out there. You should know what best goes with your body.

This kind diet program works best if an individual will follow the HCG diet plan. This plan is intended to be followed to have better results. There are no short cuts that can lead an individual to might; it might have cause him the opposite. Now that you know the HCG diet plan, all you have to do is follow it.
